Carriage Charge & International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide, although we do not ship to South America. If you wish to have yours goods shipped outside the UK simply enter your address at the checkout and you will be able to chose from the available shipping options.
Postage by Weight
Goods are usually shipped the same day for orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday. After 2pm orders are sent the next day. In the Unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item we can usually restock for the following working day. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you either by phone or email.
Royal Mail Deliveries
Royal Mail do not always leave a card at your delivery address and will hold on to the package at the sorting office for up to 2 weeks before returning it to us, therefore please contact your sorting office before contacting us. Also please ask your neighbours as Royal Mail will leave parcels with a neighbour if no one is available at the delivery address.
Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until 15 working days after dispatch and we cannot resend a package until this time has elapsed. if you have not received anything after 15 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us. In most cases we will resend your order. Orders sent to Europe (not UK) can take up to 20 working days. Orders sent outside of the EU can take up to 25 working days.
We use Parcelforce for all our UK courier deliveries. Parcelforce will collect an order from us the same day if the order is placed before 11am, otherwise they will collect from us the next day. Again this will depend on stock availability. Please be aware that Parcelforce do not delivery on Saturdays or Sundays, for example: an order placed at 10am on a Friday for a 24 Hour Parcelforce Delivery will not reach the customer until the following Monday.
Please note: during December our courier collects parcels from us the next working day.
If you are not satisfied with the any items that you receive, please email to discuss the problem. If the problem is our error we will ask you to return the item(s) and we will offer you a repair, replacement, store credit or issue you a full refund plus any postage costs incurred by you for returning the goods.
If the problem is your error then you are welcome to return the items to us for a refund. Please be aware that if the goods are over £50 + VAT in value there will be a 15% restocking fee. Any postage costs will be paid by the buyer.
