Product Description
Metric zinc plated steel dome nuts, also known as acorn nuts or cap nuts, manufactured to DIN 1587. These standard dome nuts are designed to cover exposed metric threads while giving a neat finished appearance.
The closed dome top helps protect the end of the thread and improves the look of the finished assembly compared with a standard open hex nut. The zinc plated / BZP finish gives general corrosion resistance for indoor, workshop and light duty applications.
Available in metric coarse thread sizes from M4 to M16, with pack sizes suitable for single repairs, workshop use and bulk stock.
