Metric Zinc Capped Starlock Push-On Retaining Washers
Metric capped Starlock washers provide push-on retention for components fitted onto plain round shafts. The internal retaining teeth grip the shaft, while the cap conceals the shaft end for a neat finish.
Suitable for retaining wheels, rollers and similar components where a permanent push-on fixing is required. Select the washer size to match the shaft diameter.

The stated size refers to the shaft diameter, not the outside diameter of the cap or the opening between the retaining teeth.
Installation
Fit squarely onto the matching shaft using a suitable push-on fitting tool. Check that the shaft projection and surrounding clearance allow the capped washer to seat correctly.
These retainers are intended for permanent assembly. Removal can damage the retaining teeth, so use a new washer when replacing a removed fastener.
