Metric Zinc Plated Plain Channel Nuts – No Spring
These metric plain channel nuts provide a threaded fixing point for attaching brackets and fittings to compatible strut channel systems. Manufactured from zinc plated steel, they are supplied without springs and are available with M6, M8, M10 and M12 metric coarse threads.
The springless design allows the nut to be positioned within the channel before tightening a matching bolt or set screw. Check the nut dimensions against your channel profile to ensure correct engagement and fit.

Selecting Your Channel Nuts
Select the required thread size and pack quantity from the available options. Match the nut to the bolt diameter and thread pitch, and check the body dimensions against the channel opening and internal profile.
Choose a bolt length that provides sufficient thread engagement without bottoming against the channel. Position the nut correctly within the channel before tightening the attached bracket or fitting.
