Metric Self Colour Steel Hexagon Hank Bush Rivets
Metric hexagon hank bush rivets manufactured from self colour mild steel. These threaded bushes provide a secure fixing point in sheet metal where the panel is too thin to accommodate a suitable tapped thread.
The bush is fitted into a prepared hole and its thin spigot is riveted over to retain it in the panel. The hexagon body has an undercut shoulder that helps resist rotation once installed.

Selecting and Fitting
Select the thread size to suit your screw or bolt, then choose the gauge option that matches the actual panel thickness. Prepare the correct hole diameter and use suitable support and riveting tooling to form the spigot securely against the panel.
Keep the internal thread clear during installation and check that the bush is firmly retained before assembling the mating component.
