M2.5 Metric Self Clinching Zinc Plated Carbon Steel Threaded Flush Studs
M2.5 self clinching threaded studs manufactured from zinc plated carbon steel. Designed to provide a permanent external thread in sheet metal, with the head sitting flush with the installation-side surface when correctly fitted.
Installation uses a controlled squeezing force to embed the head and clinching feature into the sheet. These studs are useful for attaching components to panels, enclosures and sheet metal assemblies.

Fitting Information
Check that the sheet material, hardness and thickness are suitable for self clinching installation. Prepare the correct hole size and maintain the minimum distance from the hole centre to the sheet edge.
Use a suitable press and supporting tooling to apply a controlled squeezing force until the head is properly seated. Protect the thread during installation and check that the stud is securely retained before fitting the mating component.
