5mm Yellow Zinc Plated Double Countersunk Pozi Chipboard Screws
These 5mm chipboard screws feature a double countersunk head, Pozi drive and fully threaded body. Manufactured from steel with a yellow zinc plated finish, they are suitable for chipboard, MDF and general timber fastening applications.
The double countersunk head provides a flush finish when correctly installed, while the PZ2 recess accepts a matching Pozi screwdriver or driver bit. Available in lengths from 25mm to 60mm for furniture assembly, joinery and general woodworking.

Fitting Information
Use a correctly fitting PZ2 Pozi screwdriver or driver bit. Select a screw length that provides sufficient engagement in the receiving material without protruding through the opposite face.
A pilot hole may be needed in hardwood or when fixing close to an edge. When joining two pieces with fully threaded screws, a clearance hole through the upper piece can help the joint pull together. Avoid overtightening or driving the head too deeply into the surface.
