Product Description
No.10 A2 stainless steel raised countersunk slotted head self tapping screws, manufactured from A2 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance in general outdoor, damp and indoor applications. These self tappers are designed to form their own thread in suitable pre-drilled holes and are commonly used in sheet metal, plastic, aluminium, panels, trim and general assembly work.
The raised countersunk head gives a neat domed finish while still allowing the screw to sit into a countersunk hole. The traditional slotted drive is useful for restoration work, classic applications and general fixing where a plain slot drive is required. These screws are available in No.10 gauge, approximately 4.8mm diameter, with imperial length options from 1/2" to 2". This product type is commonly listed to DIN 7973C.
