5/16" UNF Zinc Plated Countersunk Socket Screws
5/16"-24 UNF countersunk socket screws manufactured from high tensile alloy steel with a zinc plated finish. The flat countersunk head seats flush with the surface when installed in a correctly matched countersink, providing a neat finish for machinery, brackets, panels and engineering assemblies.
These imperial screws feature a fine UNF thread and a 3/16" internal hexagon drive for installation using a matching Allen key or hex bit.

Selection and Installation
Use with matching 5/16"-24 UNF nuts or tapped holes. Check that the countersink matches the 82-degree head form and provides full seating support.
Measure screw length including the head. Select sufficient length for the required thread engagement without bottoming out in a blind hole. Fully engage the 3/16" hex key and tighten to the requirements of the assembly.
