These No.12 pan Pozi self tapping screws are manufactured from A4 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. With a nominal thread diameter of 5.5mm, they are suitable for securing panels, brackets and fittings to compatible sheet metal and plastics.
The rounded pan head provides a broad bearing surface and sits above the material after installation. The PZ3 Pozi recess provides secure engagement with the correct screwdriver bit.

Installation
Prepare a pilot hole suitable for the receiving material and its thickness. The self tapping thread forms a mating thread during installation. These screws are self tapping, not self drilling.
Use a correctly fitting PZ3 Pozi driver with steady pressure and controlled tightening torque. Avoid overtightening, which can damage the recess or strip the formed thread.
