1/4-20 UNC A2 Stainless Raised Countersunk Slotted Machine Screws
1/4-20 UNC raised countersunk slotted machine screws manufactured from corrosion-resistant A2 stainless steel. Also known as slotted oval-head machine screws, they combine a countersunk underside with a slightly raised decorative head profile.
These screws are designed for use with a corresponding 1/4-20 UNC nut or tapped hole. The traditional slotted drive makes them suitable for engineering, maintenance and restoration applications where a conventional flat-bladed drive and a neat raised finish are required.

Raised countersunk screw length is measured over the complete fastener, including the head. Use only with a matching 1/4-20 UNC internal thread; these screws are not interchangeable with 1/4-inch UNF, BSW or BSF threads.
Use a correctly fitting flat-bladed screwdriver to reduce the risk of damaging the slot. Stainless steel threads can be susceptible to galling, so a suitable anti-seize compound and controlled assembly speed may be beneficial.
