Standards
DIN 7504-K is the traditional standard for hexagon washer-head self-drilling screws. The current international replacement is ISO 15480:2019, with BS EN ISO 15480:2019 as the British Standard adoption.
This A2 stainless version should be described as DIN 7504-K style unless manufacturer certification confirms full dimensional and functional compliance.
Installation
Use a correctly fitting 10mm socket or nut-setting driver. Install at a controlled speed and test the drilling performance on the intended material before production use.
For steel applications, use a hardened carbon steel or suitable bi-metal self-drilling screw.
