UK-made high speed steel circular split dies for cutting new metric coarse external threads and restoring existing threads. Each die has a 1 5/16 inch outside diameter for use with a compatible die holder.

Standard
The metric coarse thread sizes and pitches follow ISO 261 and BS 3643-1. No manufacturing standard is claimed for the die body.
Useful Links
Use with a compatible 1 5/16 inch die holder and suitable thread-cutting lubricant. Keep the die square to the workpiece and regularly reverse it to clear swarf.
