High speed steel circular split dies for cutting new metric fine and extra fine external threads and restoring existing threads. Each die has a 1 inch outside diameter for use with a compatible die holder.

The metric fine and extra fine thread sizes and pitches follow ISO 261 and BS 3643-1. No manufacturing standard is claimed for the die body.

Use with a compatible 1 inch die holder and suitable thread-cutting lubricant. Keep the die square to the workpiece and regularly reverse it to clear swarf.
