Metric fine A2 stainless steel nyloc nuts to DIN 985, also known as nylon insert lock nuts, nylon lock nuts or prevailing torque nuts.
These fine pitch stainless steel lock nuts feature an integrated nylon insert which grips the mating thread when tightened, helping to resist loosening caused by vibration or movement. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, they offer good corrosion resistance for general engineering, automotive, machinery and maintenance applications.
