Metric Steel Wedge Lock Washers with Delta Protekt Coating
Metric steel wedge lock washers help prevent bolted joints from loosening under vibration and dynamic loads. The Delta Protekt coating provides corrosion protection for the steel washers.
The locking system uses two washers with cams on the inside and radial serrations on the outside. The serrations grip the contact surfaces while the internal cams create a wedge locking action that resists rotational loosening.

Nominal bolt size identifies the matching fastener size, rather than the measured internal diameter. Select the required size and pack option before ordering.
Installation
Use the washers as a matched pair with the cam faces together and the serrated faces against the fastener and joint surface. Do not use either washer individually. For through-bolted joints, use a pair beneath the bolt head and another pair beneath the nut.
