2.4mm Aluminium/Steel Black Dome Head Pop Rivets
These 2.4 mm black dome head blind rivets feature an aluminium body and a steel mandrel. They provide a permanent fastening for thin sheet materials and can be installed from one side of the assembly using a suitable rivet tool.
The black finish helps the visible head blend with dark panels, trim and components. Supplied in a 6 mm body length, these rivets suit a combined material thickness of 2–4 mm.

Selecting and Fitting Your Rivets
Measure the total thickness of the materials being joined and ensure it falls within the 2–4 mm grip range. The 6 mm rivet length is measured beneath the head along the body and does not include the projecting mandrel.
Prepare an aligned 2.5 mm hole through the materials and remove burrs. Insert the rivet fully so the head sits against the surface, then set it using a rivet tool with a nosepiece suitable for 2.4 mm aluminium/steel rivets.
