Imperial Nylon Semi Rigid Tubing – Natural Colour
Sold by the metre.This natural colour nylon tubing has a semi rigid construction and is available in five imperial outside diameters. Manufactured to DIN 73378 and BS 5409, it is listed as suitable for use with oil, petrol and diesel, subject to the requirements of the system.
All sizes have a nominal wall thickness of 1/32". Select the outside diameter to match your fittings and check that the internal bore suits the required flow.

Select the required outside diameter and pack option. Check the supplied length before ordering if your installation requires a particular continuous run.
Match the tubing and fittings to the fluid, working pressure and temperature of the system. For fuel applications, confirm compatibility with the specific fuel blend and operating conditions.
Preparation and Fitting
Cut the tube square with a suitable tubing cutter and keep the ends clean. Use fittings designed for the selected nylon tube size, following their assembly instructions.
Route the tubing without sharp bends or kinks, support it as required and protect it from abrasion and excessive heat.
