M6 Socket Shoulder Screws – 8mm Shoulder – 12.9 High Tensile Steel ISO 7379
These socket shoulder screws feature an 8 mm ground shoulder and an M6 metric coarse thread. Manufactured from grade 12.9 high tensile steel to ISO 7379, they have a cylindrical socket head for tightening with a 4 mm Allen key.
The smooth shoulder provides a bearing or locating surface for components such as bushes, rollers and pivoting parts. The smaller threaded end secures the screw into a matching tapped hole.

For example, 8 mm x M6 x 20 mm means an 8 mm shoulder diameter, an M6 thread and a 20 mm shoulder length. Shoulder length is measured from beneath the head along the ground section only, excluding the head and threaded end.
