Fitting Information
Use with a matching 7/16" UNC 14 TPI nut or tapped hole. Check that the plain shank suits the thickness of the components being joined and that sufficient thread remains for secure engagement.
Tighten using a 5/8" spanner or socket. Tighten stainless steel fasteners steadily and avoid excessive speed to help reduce thread galling. Where appropriate, use a suitable anti-seize compound and account for lubrication when determining tightening torque.
