4.8mm Aluminium Hammer Drive Speed Rivets
4.8mm hammer drive speed rivets with an aluminium body and stainless steel drive pin. Installation is straightforward: insert the rivet into the prepared hole, then drive the pin into the body with a hammer to set the rivet.
The broad 15mm head provides a wide bearing surface against the material being fastened. Available in nine lengths from 10mm to 45mm for assembly, maintenance and production work.

Grip range is the combined thickness of the materials being joined. Select a rivet whose grip range includes that thickness, then choose your required pack quantity.
Fitting Information
Prepare aligned holes of the correct diameter for the rivet and remove any burrs. Insert the rivet fully so that its head sits against the surface, then hammer the drive pin into the rivet body to set it.
Support the assembly during installation and check that the materials can withstand the setting force. Confirm the required hole size and grip range before starting production work.
