1/4" BSF Grade R High Tensile Self Colour Hexagon Head Bolts
1/4" BSF hexagon head bolts manufactured from Grade R high tensile steel with a self colour finish. These partially threaded bolts feature an unthreaded shank and a British Standard Fine thread with 26 threads per inch.
Suitable for restoration, maintenance and engineering assemblies requiring matching BSF fasteners. The external hexagon head allows installation with a suitable spanner or socket.

Head dimensions are provided as a guide. Check the threaded and unthreaded lengths where these are critical to your assembly.
Fitting Advice
Use with a matching 1/4" BSF nut or tapped hole. Start the thread by hand and select a spanner or socket that fits the head securely. Follow the assembly's specified tightening requirements. Self colour steel has no plated corrosion protection, so consider suitable protection where exposed to moisture.
