7/16" UNC High Tensile Self Colour Steel Socket Cap Part Threaded Bolts
These 7/16" UNC socket cap bolts are manufactured from heat-treated high tensile alloy steel to ASTM A574, with dimensions to ASME B18.3. The plain self colour finish is unplated, and the cylindrical socket head accepts a 3/8" Allen key.
The part threaded design provides a plain shank beneath the head and a threaded end for fastening into a matching UNC nut or tapped hole. Suitable for machinery, engineering assemblies, maintenance and general mechanical fastening.

Fitting Information
Install using a correctly fitting 3/8" Allen key or hexagon bit. Use with a matching 7/16" UNC nut or tapped hole, and select a length that provides adequate thread engagement without bottoming out. Tighten to the requirements of the assembly.
The self colour finish is unplated. Additional corrosion protection may be needed in damp or exposed conditions.
