M6 A2 Stainless Steel Cone Point Socket Grub Screws — DIN 914 / ISO 4027
These M6 cone point grub screws are manufactured from A2 stainless steel for good general corrosion resistance. They feature a standard M6 x 1.0mm metric thread and an internal hexagon socket for a 3mm Allen key.
The headless design allows the screw to sit flush with or below the surrounding surface. The cone point provides concentrated contact for locating and securing components such as collars, knobs and mechanical assemblies, particularly where a matching locating recess is provided.

Fitting Information
Install into a matching M6 x 1.0mm tapped hole using a correctly fitting 3mm Allen key. Keep the key fully engaged and tighten to the requirements of the assembly.
The cone point can indent or mark the mating surface. Where accurate positioning is required, use a suitably prepared locating recess. Choose a length that provides adequate thread engagement while allowing the point to contact the component being secured.
