M3 A2 Stainless Steel Dog Point Socket Grub Screws — DIN 915 / ISO 4028
These M3 dog point grub screws are manufactured from A2 stainless steel for good general corrosion resistance. They feature a standard M3 x 0.5mm metric thread and an internal hexagon socket for a 1.5mm Allen key.
The dog point is a reduced diameter cylindrical end designed to engage with a matching hole, slot or groove. This provides positive location for components such as collars, knobs and mechanical assemblies, while the headless body can sit flush with or below the surrounding surface.

Fitting Information
Install into a matching M3 x 0.5mm tapped hole using a correctly fitting 1.5mm Allen key. Align the dog point with the receiving hole, slot or groove before tightening.
Choose a length that provides adequate thread engagement and allows the dog point to locate correctly. Where the projection length or locating fit is critical, please check the dimensions with us before ordering. Keep the Allen key fully engaged and tighten to the requirements of the assembly.
