Product Description
M7 × 1 Cleveloc-Type All Metal Self Locking Nuts – Zinc Plated Steel
M7 × 1 Cleveloc-type locking nuts manufactured from zinc plated high tensile steel. The all metal locking design provides resistance to rotation on the mating thread, helping reduce loosening caused by vibration.
These nuts use a metal locking feature without a nylon insert. They are intended for applications requiring an all metal lock nut, including suitable exhaust manifold and machinery assemblies.

Fitting Information
Use with a matching M7 × 1 bolt or stud. Start the nut from its free-running end and engage the thread carefully before tightening through the locking section with an 11mm spanner or socket.
Follow the tightening requirements for the assembly, accounting for the additional resistance created by the locking feature. Replace nuts with damaged threads or reduced locking resistance.
For exhaust or other elevated-temperature applications, confirm that both the nut and its zinc finish are suitable for the operating conditions. No maximum service temperature is specified in this listing.
