A selection of 22 rivet sizes for sheet material assembly, repairs and workshop maintenance. Blind rivets can be installed from one side of the workpiece using a compatible rivet tool.

Understanding Rivet Sizes
Sizes are shown as body diameter by body length. Length is measured from underneath the dome head to the end of the rivet body, excluding the projecting mandrel. Body length is not the same as grip range, which describes the combined material thickness the rivet can fasten.
Storage
Supplied in a plastic storage box with dividers and a clip-down lid.
Fitting Advice
Select a rivet with a suitable grip range for the combined material thickness. Prepare and deburr the correct hole size, hold the materials together and set the rivet using a compatible tool and nosepiece.
