Product Description
No.10-32 UNF Zinc Plated Socket Button Head Screws
No.10-32 UNF socket button head screws manufactured from high tensile alloy steel with a zinc plated finish. The shallow, rounded button head provides a neat fastening for covers, panels, brackets and mechanical assemblies.
These imperial screws feature a fine UNF thread with 32 threads per inch and a 1/8" internal hexagon drive. Available in three lengths, they suit repair, maintenance and assembly work requiring a matching No.10-32 thread.

Key Features
- High tensile alloy steel construction.
- No.10-32 UNF fine thread.
- Low-profile rounded button head.
- 1/8" Allen key drive.
- Zinc plated finish for added corrosion resistance.
- Three available lengths for assembly and maintenance work.
Selection and Installation
Use with matching No.10-32 UNF nuts or tapped holes. Select sufficient length for the required thread engagement without bottoming out in a blind hole. Fully engage the 1/8" hex key before tightening.
Button head screws have reduced loadability compared with equivalent socket cap screws. Check the joint requirements and use an appropriate tightening torque.
Pack Sizes
Available in packs of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000. Select the required length and pack quantity from the options.
Standards
- ASME B18.3 – imperial socket button head screw dimensions.
- ASTM F835 – alloy steel socket button and flat countersunk head screw specification.
- ASME B1.1 – Unified inch thread reference.
