10-32 UNF Zinc Plated Steel Countersunk Socket Screws
These No.10-32 UNF countersunk socket screws are manufactured from high tensile alloy steel to ASTM F835, with dimensions to ASME B18.3. The zinc plated finish provides corrosion protection for general engineering and assembly applications.
The 82° countersunk head provides a flush finish when fitted into a matching countersink. An internal hexagon socket accepts a 1/8" Allen key, while the fine 32 TPI thread fits matching No.10-32 UNF nuts or tapped holes.

Fitting Information
Use a correctly fitting 1/8" Allen key or hexagon bit with a matching No.10-32 UNF nut or tapped hole. Prepare an 82° countersink to suit the head and select a length that provides adequate thread engagement without bottoming out.
Keep the driver fully engaged and tighten to the requirements of the assembly. No.10 has a nominal diameter of 0.190"; use the No.10-32 UNF designation when matching threads.
