British Standard Pipe Thread high speed steel straight flute taps for cutting new internal tapered pipe threads.
These UK made high-quality HSS taps are suitable for producing BSPT internal threads in pipe fittings, adapters, manifolds, hydraulic components and engineering parts. BSPT uses a tapered 55-degree Whitworth thread form to help produce a pressure-tight threaded joint when used with a suitable sealing compound or thread sealant.

Complete sets include the 1st taper, 2nd intermediate and 3rd bottoming taps. Sets are supplied in a plastic case, while individual taps are packed in plastic bags.
Please note: BSP thread sizes refer to the nominal pipe bore and do not equal the actual measured thread diameter.
