10-32 UNF A2 stainless steel cup point socket grub screws for securely locating collars, gears, pulleys, handles and other components onto shafts.
These headless set screws feature an internal hexagon socket drive and a cup-shaped point. When tightened, the cup point concentrates the clamping force onto the mating surface to provide a secure hold while allowing the screw to sit flush with or below the surrounding component.

Common applications include securing pulleys, sprockets, collars, knobs, gears and other components onto shafts. The cup point is intended to bite into the mating surface and may leave a small indentation when tightened.
A2 stainless steel provides good corrosion resistance for general indoor and outdoor use. For marine, coastal or more aggressive environments, A4 stainless steel may be more suitable.
Stainless steel threads can be susceptible to galling. Using a suitable anti-seize compound and avoiding excessive installation speed can help reduce the risk of binding.
