M12 metric 4.8 grade zinc plated steel countersunk slotted head machine screws manufactured to DIN 963, with a standard 1.75mm metric coarse thread.
These machine screws feature a flat countersunk head with a traditional slotted drive, allowing the head to sit flush in a correctly prepared countersunk hole. They are suitable for general engineering, machinery, equipment repairs, brackets, panels, fabrication, restoration and maintenance applications.

Countersunk slotted machine screws are commonly installed into matching nuts, threaded holes, tapped components or threaded inserts where a neat, flush-fitting head is required.
The traditional slotted drive is particularly suitable for restoration work, older machinery and applications where a conventional screwdriver drive is preferred.
Bright zinc plated steel provides general corrosion resistance for indoor and sheltered applications. For outdoor, marine, coastal or more corrosive environments, stainless steel fasteners may be more suitable.
For countersunk screws, the length is measured overall from the top of the head to the end of the thread.
