M4 A2 stainless steel flat penny repair washers, available with 15mm, 20mm and 25mm external diameters.
These large-diameter flat washers provide a wider bearing surface than conventional M4 flat washers. They help spread the clamping load across a larger area and are useful for securing thin sheet materials, reinforcing mounting points and covering enlarged or damaged holes.

M4 penny repair washers are commonly used for panels, brackets, automotive trim, bodywork, electrical equipment, appliances, roofing, cladding, fabrication, machinery and general maintenance applications.
The oversized external diameter spreads the fastening load from an M4 screw, bolt or nut over a larger surface than a standard washer. This can help reduce localised pressure and lower the risk of a fastener pulling through thin or weakened material.
The 15mm external-diameter washer provides a compact but enlarged bearing surface. The 20mm and 25mm options provide progressively greater coverage for larger, worn or damaged mounting holes.
A2 stainless steel provides good general corrosion resistance and is suitable for many indoor and outdoor applications. For marine, coastal, swimming-pool or highly corrosive environments, A4 stainless steel may be more suitable.
Use with a compatible M4 fastener where the stated hole diameter and manufacturing tolerance provide adequate clearance. The washer should sit flat against the mating surface and be supported across its bearing area.
