Product Description
M30 Metric 8.8 Zinc Plated Hexagon Head Bolts With Shank
These M30 x 90mm metric hexagon head bolts are manufactured from high-tensile property class 8.8 steel and finished with zinc plating for additional protection against corrosion. Their partially threaded design provides a solid, unthreaded shank through the joint, making them suitable for demanding engineering, machinery, fabrication and general assembly applications.
Manufactured to DIN 931, with ISO 4014 / BS EN ISO 4014:2022 being the corresponding current international and British standard for partially threaded metric hexagon head bolts. The standard M30 coarse thread has a 3.5mm pitch and is tightened using a 46mm spanner or socket.

These high-tensile bolts are suitable for automotive work, heavy machinery, steel fabrication, plant equipment, construction and other applications requiring a strong, removable fastening. The zinc-plated finish provides protection for indoor use and moderately exposed environments but is not intended as a substitute for galvanised or stainless steel in highly corrosive conditions.
