Product Description
5/16" UNC A2 Stainless Steel Socket Cap Bolts with Shank
These 5/16" UNC socket cap bolts are manufactured from corrosion-resistant A2 stainless steel and feature a partially threaded shank. Their cylindrical head and internal hexagon drive provide a strong, compact fastening solution for engineering, machinery, automotive, maintenance and general assembly applications.
The bolts have a 5/16"-18 UNC thread, meaning the nominal thread diameter is 5/16" with 18 threads per inch. Their principal inch-series dimensions correspond to ASME B18.3 hexagon socket head cap screw requirements.
The part-threaded design provides a plain bearing section through the assembled components. Installation requires a 1/4" AF hexagon or Allen key.
