4.8mm A2 Stainless Steel Large Flange Pop Rivets
These 4.8mm large-flange blind rivets feature an A2 stainless steel body and a steel break-pull mandrel. The enlarged 16mm diameter flange distributes the clamping load across a wider surface than a conventional dome-head blind rivet.
The wide head makes these rivets particularly suitable for joining thin sheet, soft materials, plastic panels and components with enlarged or irregular fixing holes. They can be installed when access is only available from one side of the workpiece.
A suitable blind-rivet installation tool with a 4.8mm nosepiece is required. A 4.9mm diameter installation hole is recommended.

The grip range represents the combined thickness of the materials being joined. For the best results, select a rivet whose stated grip range contains the total assembled material thickness.
The stainless steel body provides good resistance to corrosion in general outdoor, automotive and fabrication applications. These are open-end rivets and should not be described as sealed or watertight.
