M3 Zinc Plated Steel Pan Pozi Machine Screws – DIN 7985

M3 metric coarse pan-head machine screws manufactured from steel with a bright zinc plated finish. These screws have a Pozidriv cross recess and are designed for use with a corresponding M3 × 0.5 threaded hole or compatible M3 nut.

The rounded pan head provides a broad bearing surface and a neat, low-profile finish above the assembled component. The zinc plating offers additional protection against corrosion in dry indoor and general-purpose environments.

Machine-screw length is measured from beneath the pan head to the end of the screw. Use a correctly fitting PZ1 driver to obtain proper engagement and reduce the risk of damaging the recess. Pozidriv and Phillips drives have different profiles and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Zinc plating improves corrosion resistance but is not intended for prolonged exposure to marine, highly corrosive or continuously wet environments.
