M6 Zinc Plated Steel Pan Pozi Machine Screws – DIN 7985
M6 metric coarse pan-head machine screws manufactured from steel with a bright zinc plated finish. These screws feature a Pozidriv cross recess and are designed for fastening into a corresponding M6 × 1 tapped hole or use with a compatible M6 nut.
The rounded pan head provides a broad bearing surface and a neat, low-profile finish above the assembled component. Bright zinc plating provides additional corrosion protection for dry indoor and general-purpose applications.

Machine-screw length is measured from beneath the pan head to the end of the screw. Use a correctly fitting PZ3 driver to achieve proper engagement and reduce the risk of damaging the recess. Pozidriv and Phillips drives have different profiles and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Longer machine screws may have an unthreaded section depending on the manufacturer and production standard. Please contact us before ordering if the precise thread length is critical to the assembly.
Bright zinc plating improves corrosion resistance but is not intended for prolonged use in marine, highly corrosive or continuously wet environments.
