Product Description
4mm A2 Stainless Steel Countersunk Blind Rivets
These 4mm countersunk blind rivets feature an A2 stainless steel body and break-pull mandrel, providing good corrosion resistance and a strong permanent fixing. The countersunk head is designed to sit flush with the surface when installed into a correctly prepared countersunk hole.
Blind rivets can be installed where access is available from only one side of the assembly, making them suitable for joining sheet metal, panels, brackets, enclosures and fabricated components.

Installation Guidance
Select a rivet whose grip range covers the combined thickness of the materials being joined. Drill a clean 4.1mm hole and prepare the surface with the correct 120-degree countersink so the rivet head sits flush without being recessed too deeply.
Insert the rivet and set it using a blind-rivet tool fitted with the appropriate 4mm nosepiece. Ensure the materials are held firmly together before pulling the mandrel. Remove sharp edges and swarf from the drilled hole before installation.
