Product Description
4mm Aluminium/Steel Dome Head Peeled Pop Rivets
4mm peeled pop rivets manufactured with an aluminium rivet body and zinc-plated steel break mandrel. Peel-type blind rivets are designed for fastening soft, brittle or low-density materials where a conventional pop rivet may pull through the rear surface.
During installation, the aluminium body splits and peels into separate legs on the blind side of the joint. This produces a larger rear bearing area that helps spread the clamping load across the material.

These peeled rivets are designed to spread the load over a larger blind-side area. They should not be treated as sealed, waterproof or structural rivets unless separately confirmed as suitable for the application.
Available Pack Sizes
Choose from packs of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 rivets. Select the required rivet length and pack quantity from the product options.
Standards Information
No verified DIN, ISO or British dimensional product standard has been identified specifically for this peeled-body blind rivet design. ISO 15977 should not be assigned because it covers conventional open-end aluminium/steel blind rivets rather than a confirmed peel-type construction.
ISO 14588 and BS EN ISO 14588 provide general blind-rivet terminology. ISO 14589 and BS EN ISO 14589 provide mechanical testing methods for blind rivets, but they do not define the dimensions of this particular peeled-rivet range.
Selection and Installation
Measure the combined thickness of the materials being joined and select a rivet whose recommended grip range covers that measurement. Prepare an approximately 4.1mm diameter hole and use a hand, pneumatic or cordless blind-rivet tool suitable for 4mm rivets.
