BSF Self Colour Steel Castle Nuts
Self colour steel castle nuts with British Standard Fine threads. The castellated top allows a split pin to pass through the nut and a suitably drilled bolt or shaft, providing positive mechanical locking against rotation.

Installation
Use with a matching BSF thread and a correctly positioned cross-hole for the split pin. Follow the assembly manufacturer's tightening and slot-alignment procedure, then fit and secure a suitable new split pin.
Self colour steel has no plated corrosion protection. Apply suitable protection where exposed to moisture.
