M5 socket flange button screws manufactured from A2 stainless steel, combining a rounded button head with an integral flange. The wider bearing surface helps spread the clamping load across the mating surface, while the internal hexagon socket provides a neat Allen key drive.
Suitable for general assembly, machinery, panels and maintenance applications requiring corrosion-resistant fasteners. Available in lengths from 6mm to 35mm, with an M5 metric coarse thread.

Fitting Information
Use a 3mm Allen key or suitable hexagon driver, ensuring it is fully seated before tightening. Fit into a matching M5 x 0.8mm tapped hole or use with a compatible M5 nut. Choose a length that provides sufficient thread engagement without bottoming out in a blind hole.
Tighten stainless steel fasteners steadily and avoid excessive speed to help reduce the risk of thread galling. Where appropriate, use a suitable anti-seize compound and account for lubrication when determining the tightening torque.
