No.10 4.8mm Countersunk Phillips Self Drilling Screws – Zinc Plated Steel
These No.10 self drilling screws combine a drill point with a self tapping thread for fastening into suitable sheet metal. The countersunk head allows a flush or recessed finish when correctly seated, while the Phillips recess accepts a matching driver bit.
Manufactured from steel with a bright zinc plated finish, these 4.8mm screws are available in 11 lengths from 13mm to 80mm.

Self Drilling Point
The drill point creates the hole in suitable material before the self tapping thread engages. Select the screw to suit the material, thickness and thread engagement required for the joint.
Installation and Measuring
Use a correctly fitting Phillips driver bit and hold the screw square to the surface. Apply steady pressure during drilling, then control the final tightening to seat the head without stripping the thread or damaging the material.
Measure countersunk screw length from the top of the head to the tip, including the drill point.
Select the required length and pack quantity using the product options.
