UNC A2 stainless steel square nuts for imperial Unified National Coarse threaded fastening applications. These square nuts are manufactured from A2 stainless steel, giving good corrosion resistance for general indoor, outdoor and damp applications.
The square nut design provides a larger bearing surface than a standard hex nut and can be easier to hold or locate in channels, slots, timber, restoration work and older machinery. These nuts are suitable for use with compatible UNC bolts, set screws, machine screws, studs and threaded bar.
Available in UNC thread sizes including 4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2", with pack sizes suitable for single repairs, workshop use and bulk stock.
