Product Description

Metric fine A2 stainless steel hex lock / half nuts manufactured to DIN 439. These thin hex nuts are made from A2 stainless steel, giving good corrosion resistance for general engineering, automotive, workshop, repair and outdoor applications.

Half nuts are thinner than standard full hex nuts and are commonly used as lock nuts, jam nuts or secondary nuts where a low-profile fastening is required. They are suitable for use with compatible metric fine and metric extra fine bolts, set screws, studs and threaded bar.

Available in metric fine and extra fine thread sizes from M8 to M20, including M8 x 1, M10 x 1, M12 x 1.25, M12 x 1.5, M14 x 1.5, M16 x 1.5, M18 x 1.5 and M20 x 1.5.
