Key Features
- Class 8 high tensile steel construction.
- DIN 934 hexagon full nut design.
- Five metric fine thread options.
- Plain, unplated steel finish.
- Pack quantities for individual repairs and workshop supplies.
Typical Applications
- Machinery assembly and maintenance.
- Automotive repairs requiring metric fine threads.
- Engineering assemblies using fine threaded bolts or studs.
Selection and Installation
Match both the diameter and pitch to the mating fastener. For example, M10 × 1 and M10 × 1.25 require different matching threads.
Start the nut by hand to avoid cross-threading, then tighten using the correct spanner or socket to the assembly's specified torque. These are standard full nuts with no self-locking feature.
Plain steel has no plated corrosion protection. Apply suitable protection where moisture exposure could cause rust.
Pack Sizes and Ordering
Available pack quantities: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 nuts. Select the required thread size and pack quantity from the available options. Supplied as nuts only.
