A2 Stainless Steel Polytech 30 Pozi Flange Screws for Plastic
Polytech 30 Pozi flange screws manufactured from A2 stainless steel for fastening into plastic components. The integral flange provides a wider bearing surface beneath the head to spread the clamping load.
These screws have a non-pointed tip and a thread-forming profile for use in suitably prepared plastic holes. Available in 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm diameters, with a choice of lengths and pack quantities.

Suggested hole diameters are starting points. Confirm suitability by testing in the actual plastic grade and component, allowing for wall thickness, hole depth and installation torque.
Measuring and Fitting
Screw length is measured from beneath the flange to the tip, excluding the head. Check that there is sufficient clearance for the flange and use a Pozi bit that fits the recess correctly.
Tighten carefully to avoid damaging the plastic or stripping the formed thread.
