A2 Stainless Steel Polytech 30 Countersunk Pozi Screws for Plastic
Polytech 30 countersunk Pozi screws manufactured from A2 stainless steel for fastening into plastic components. These screws have a non-pointed tip and a countersunk head for a flush finish in a suitably prepared recess.
Available in 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm diameters. Choose the diameter, length and pack quantity required for your application.

Suggested hole diameters are starting points. Confirm suitability by testing in the actual plastic grade and component, allowing for wall thickness, hole depth and installation torque.
Measuring and Fitting
Countersunk screw length is measured overall, including the head. Use the correct Pozi bit and a suitably prepared pilot hole. Tighten carefully to avoid damaging the plastic or stripping the formed thread.
