6.4mm A2 Stainless Steel Dome Head Pop Rivets
These 6.4mm open end dome head pop rivets feature an A2 stainless steel body for corrosion resistance in general engineering and fabrication applications. Suitable for joining sheet metal, panels and other compatible materials.
The blind rivet design allows installation from one side of the assembly using a suitable riveting tool. Choose the rivet length according to the combined thickness of the materials being joined, using the grip ranges below.

Choose from packs of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 rivets, subject to the available product options.
Installation
Drill and deburr a 6.5mm hole through the materials, then insert the rivet until the head sits against the surface. Set the rivet using a tool and nosepiece rated for 6.4mm stainless steel blind rivets. Check that the total material thickness falls within the selected rivet's grip range.
These are open end rivets and are not intended to provide a sealed, watertight joint.
