Product Description
8-36 UNF A2 stainless steel socket cap head bolts, also known as socket cap screws or Allen bolts. These imperial fine thread fasteners are manufactured from A2 stainless steel, giving good corrosion resistance for general indoor, outdoor and damp applications.
The cylindrical socket cap head uses a hex socket / Allen key drive, allowing secure installation and good tool engagement where a strong socket head fixing is required. These 8-36 UNF socket cap screws have a 36 TPI Unified National Fine thread and use a 1/8" Allen key size.
For imperial UNF socket cap screws, the suitable standard reference is ASME B18.3 for socket cap screw dimensions, with ASME B1.1 covering the UNF thread form. Available in 1 1/2" length, with pack sizes suitable for single repairs, workshop use and bulk stock.
